Shipping & Returns
Returns:
In addition to your rights covered by Australian consumer law, we are pleased to offer change of mind returns on full-price physical products in exchange for another product or store credit, provided they meet the below criteria:
- All products must be unused, and in its original packaging, including dust bags
- The returns process is initiated within 7 days of receiving your products
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or gift cards
If returns do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned to the customer at their expense.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email hello@soibody.com with your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, and if you would like a store credit or an exchange.
- Send all items back to us using a tracked postage service, at the customer's expense
All returns are the responsibility of the customer, until received by Soi Body, we highly encourage the use of shipping with a tracked service.
Shipping:
Soi Body ships globally, and shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.
All Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post parcel services.
Shipping services to all other countries will determined at checkout.
Click & Collect:
We now offer offer a click and collect service for our Melbourne-based customers via our official stockist, Al.Elé - a Melbourne based womenswear designer who specialises in Melbourne made pieces in natural materials.
You can now collect directly in store during their store opening hours:
